By featuring your channel or participating on TopSocials, you automatically agree to these rules, our Terms, and Privacy Policy.
1. Instant Digital Fulfillment
All promotional placements are fulfilled digitally and immediately. If another creator secures a higher priority tier, your channel position adjusts to the next rank. Listings are never deleted.
2. No NSFW / Scams
We actively monitor links. If your channel or social profile contains malware, illegal content, or blatant scams, your entry will be removed without a refund.
3. Direct UPI Payment & 12-Digit UTR Verification (India)
For payments completed via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM:
- You must enter the exact 12-digit numeric UTR / Reference number from your payment receipt.
- Your promotional listing will be verified and published live on the directory.
- Submitting fake or recycled UTRs will result in a permanent ban.
4. How Promotional Placement Works
The directory is ordered in real time based on active promotional sponsorship tiers.
- Universal minimum entry is $0.10.
- You can select any promotional budget ($0.10 or higher) and feature at that rank position.
- Existing listings are never deleted when a higher tier is secured.
5. UPI Gateway Verification Window & Refund Guarantee
Due to banking gateway reconciliation, UPI submissions currently take approximately 1 hour to verify and reflect on the live leaderboard.
Refund Guarantee: If your UPI verification exceeds 1 hour and your channel is not listed on the leaderboard, please contact support at support@topsocials.lol with your Order ID and 12-digit UTR Number. Once verified, a full refund or immediate manual rank placement will be processed.
