2. Digital Advertising & Promotional Directory Services

TopSocials operates an open, merit-based promotional directory and digital advertising billboard for social media creators and brands:

• Listings are dynamically ordered based on active promotional placement tiers.
• Every listing includes verified channel preview metadata, permanent search indexation, and direct outbound click tracking.
• When another participant secures a higher promotional placement tier, existing listings adjust dynamically without removal.
• Promotional services are fulfilled electronically and instantly upon transaction confirmation.

3. Payment Methods & UPI Verification Policy (India)

For users in India utilizing UPI / QR Code payments:

• Users must provide the accurate 12-digit numeric UPI UTR / Reference number from their payment application (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
• Submissions are verified against incoming merchant settlement records and placed live upon confirmation.
• Submitting fraudulent, fabricated, or previously used UTR numbers will result in permanent blacklisting of the submitted channel.

4. User-Submitted Content & Platform Rules

You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to promote the submitted social media channels. We strictly prohibit the submission of:

• Illegal, malicious, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Phishing, malware, scam URLs, or deceptive redirects.
• Content violating third-party intellectual property or copyright.

TopSocials reserves the right to remove any violating channel without notice or refund.

5. Right to Modify Rules, Terms & Policies at Any Time

The owner of TopSocials reserves all rights to change, update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and Platform Rules at any time without prior individual notice. Your continued use of the website or participation in promotional placements constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
